The 3 Dimension Plan for Sustainable Living
Share
Introduction
Sustainable living isn’t just about taking care of the environment; it’s about building a lifestyle that strengthens health, reduces waste, and ultimately leads to greater happiness. This 3D Plan for Sustainable Living is divided into three main dimensions: Strengthen Health, Reduce Waste, and Live Happy. Each of these dimensions works together to create a more balanced and fulfilled life. Let’s break it down into phases and tasks to help you achieve a sustainable life with practical, actionable steps.
Dimension 1: Strengthen Health
Why: Jim Rohn once said: When the How is powerful, the Why is easy. Before we plan a change, we need to know Why and build a strong purpose for why we are doing so. Even our ultimate goal is to care for environment and do the right thing with sustainable living, but how can we pour from un empty cup. Great causes start with great strength from internal health. This is the reason why Strengthen Health is our first goal toward sustainable living.
