So remember the two pillars:  10 steps to SustainiLife x 10 steps to SustainiHealth =100% toward Sustainable Living.

As I start my sustainable living lifestyle, I find that it is very hard to pick up new

sustainable living habits, but then it is so easy to fall back into the old convenient ones. Overtime, I realize what I have been missing is the Core, the Purpose, the Principles, and the connection to nature. Without these basic steps to change my health and mindset, the changes to sustainable living habits for the environment become unsustainable. We are human, without the proper care for ourselves, we can't spread the love to anything else.
